Heart Attack Ethiopia conducts biannual medical missions, training, and prevention education—but their digital presence lived primarily on the web, limiting reach for donors, volunteers, and patients who need information on the go.

We redesigned the Heart Attack Ethiopia experience as a mobile app—carrying forward the clarity and urgency of heartattackethiopia.org while adding features the web alone could not deliver. An AI chat assistant helps users navigate donations, volunteer opportunities, and cardiovascular health resources. A news hub keeps the community informed on missions and events, while auth and profile flows give returning supporters a persistent, personalized home.

The app gives Heart Attack Ethiopia a dedicated mobile channel for their mission—improving cardiac care one heart at a time—with faster paths to engagement and AI-assisted support that scales beyond office hours.
